General By purchasing a GG leather gift card (Gift Card), you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions and with GG leather's General Terms and Conditions. Issue, Value and Currency A Gift Card may only be used in the currency in which it is issued. You cannot exchange a Gift Card for a different amount or currency. Gift Cards cannot be cancelled once they have been issued except if voided by GG leather or if the Gift Card value has been used, or otherwise in accordance with relevant laws. We reserve the right to correct the balance of a Gift Card if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred. Each Gift Card expires on the expiry date provided with the Gift Card. To view the expiry date, visit GG leather.com. When your Gift Card is in the cart, the expiry date will be displayed. Use and Redemption Gift Cards may only be used to purchase GG leather products on GG leather.com. Gift cards may also be applied against sales tax and shipping charges (where applicable). To view the balance on a Gift Card, use the gift card link provided in the original email to visit GG leather.com. When your Gift Card is in the cart, any balance on the card will be displayed. You cannot use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or used for payment other than on GG leather.com. When you make a purchase using a Gift Card, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance. Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card and can only be used to purchase GG leather products on GG leather.com. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift Card, you must pay the remaining amount with another payment method. Once a Gift Card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused or reloaded. Risk; Loss The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser on electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser. Gift Cards are like cash, and you should treat them accordingly. GG leather is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed or if it is used without your permission. GG leather cannot trace or refund lost or missing Gift Cards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG leather makes no warranties with respect to Gift Cards including without limitation any express or implied warranty of merchantability. To the full extent permitted by law, in the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability will be the replacement of the Gift Card. Fees, Charges, Cancellation and Fraud No fees apply to the use of Gift Cards. You agree that you will not use a Gift Card in a manner that is misleading, deceptive or unfair. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel a Gift Card without a refund if we suspect that the Gift Card was obtained, or is being used or applied, fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to require additional verification of identity or to request alternative forms of payment if we believe a Gift Card has been fraudulently obtained. Exchanges and Returns Products purchased using a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned in accordance with GG leather's General Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account except to the extent required by law. All returns for purchases made with a Gift Card will result in a credit to a Gift Card or issuance of a new Gift Card in the amount of the return. General Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any advertising, marketing or other promotional activities. The use of Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies any person is affiliated with or endorsed by GG leather in any way is strictly prohibited. The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and GG leather. Any dispute relating in any way to these terms and conditions or your use of a GG leather Gift Card will only be adjudicated in the courts of Victoria.
